If a player has an established RDT average, and are listed on the RDT rankings list, they are allowed to use that rating.

RULES AND INFORMATION-By registering for an event, you are verifying that you understand all the rules and policies governing the event.

-We will not tolerate name calling and being disrespectful to other players on our page. Captains numbers are only for communicating with your opponents for time, connect, camera, or technical issues. If you misuse this system, admin will be notified. Depending on the situation, you will be removed from the group and will not be allowed to post, see other comments, events, participate in nightly tournaments, etc.

-Averages are middle statistics of skill level. Everyone has a high/low range. We spend around 2 hours every day updating and checking all players averages. We do our best to regulate all players. We also understand that a single day of tournament play might result in a player over achieving from their normal abilities, which can certainly happen. Not one player throws the same MPR or PPD every game. We combine all tracked tournaments together and take the overall average per game type to achieve our RDT rating results.

-We audit random players and monitor players matches. If you feel someone has a higher rating then the cap, the only thing you need to do is send the daily admin a message with players name, event they are in and the reason your sending it to us, we will take it from there. It is not allowed to contact an opponent on messenger or the captains phone number to argue your opinion regarding the situation. In order for you to be able to participate with our events, sportsmanship is required.

-All players have great games and if you get beat, you get beat. Treat all players in RDT like you would at your local event with everyone in the same room. Just because we are remote, and not face to face with most everyone playing, doesn’t give you the right to be disrespectful because someone shot a great game. You cannot use the Facebook group page or the captains numbers to harass other players or admin.

– All players need to have their nicknames changed on their Bullshooter Live account to FIRST & LAST names. Bullshooter Live nick name is what appears on the dart board for player name and it must match the registration form so people know who they are playing.

BOUNTY: All RDT Events! Half the bounty is going to the team/player that beats them on the winners side, the other half goes to the team that knocks them out of the tournament on the losers side. If a bounty pot exceeds $250 ($175 for singles) – 25% is carryover to the same event, the following week to start the bounty pot. Bounties are split into multiple bounties every $400 in doubles ($200) in singles. Any 6pt, new player stat bust is also carryover to the same event the following week.

– To get into the bracket for your event you go to tournament mode and then Tournament King Online.
The Bull Shooter app for both iPhone and Android now has a QR scanner built in. In the top right corner of the iPhone app there’s a picture of the QR scanner that you just have to press and it will log you in automatically when you are entering the brackets. In the top right corner of the Android app there’s the 3 dots that you select and the pick QR scanner and then it will automatically log you in the brackets. If your unable to log into the RDT Brackets using your button, please use this method and it will let you in. Everyone should have this installed on their phone to avoid any issues getting in the bracket. Even having a Hot Button, at times the board will not read it correctly and this is another way you can enter when your button doesn’t work.

– Diddle is done on the 15′ board. During the diddle process the bullseye is allowed but it is on split bull. Also For the diddle anyone on your team can throw, if it is a tie the same person can throw again if you choose. During the actual game you must follow the player order. Player 1 only throws for Player 1 and same with Player 2.  If you do not follow the correct player order, you will DQ your set and be dropped to the lower bracket or out of the event with no refund.

– Forfeit Rules –

Time issues: Everyone must be logged into your board 10 minutes before start of event and fix any issues that you may be having with boards, hot buttons, connection issues, etc. At start time, if you are up in the first round, you need to be in and ready to start right at start time. If you are not and your opponent is waiting for you, they need to call you from the captain phone number list, you have 5 minutes to get into board from this time. If you are not in after 5 minutes, they will send me a screen shot of the call to you, and you will be forfeited unless there is an issue being worked out which you will have an additional 5 minutes before the forfeit. I will need a message with reason why the extra time was allowed.
We now have access to view when players are logged in to their matches, anyone in the first round who isn’t logged in and started within 10 minutes of start times will be forfeited. Also please pay attention to brackets as we will forfeit teams if they are not logged in and started if they are behind in the bracket.
Forfeit Camera Issues – Both cameras are required to be in working order and players are to show up early enough to play a game and verify their cameras are working. At times one camera will go out and will show a black screen. If this happens while you are playing someone, take a picture of the screen showing the black screen and this will also show both names that is logged in playing on the screen. Then contact your opponent from the captains list phone numbers located in your emails (if you don’t see this in your main folder, check spam folder) and let them know they need to unplug their board to reboot. They can do this right away and when board comes back up, after logging back in it will take you back to the same spot your match was at before the reboot. If the camera still does not work take one more pic of the screen and at this time they will have 5 minutes to move to another board/location to finish the match. If they are unable to do this they will be forfeited.

– If you and your opponent are both stuck on the green spinning screen saying waiting on match but shows your/teams both in and not starting match, you will have to unplug and reboot both boards, then log back in. If you get kicked out of a match due to connection issues you can reboot your board and log back in and it will take you right back to where you left off.

Thanks everyone for playing RDT, have fun and good luck. Most importantly show good sportsmanship to all players/opponents and our staff here at RDT.

Most all issues, problems, questions, etc. can be answered in the above comment in this post, in your emails, or at the top of the Facebook page. Please read through that information so you understand our rules and procedures. Please don’t send us personal messages over and over again how you lost to a team that shot over cap. We regulate averages and adjust weekly. Most all players playing tonight has played in several RDT events and their averages are correct. Please remember that it’s ok to have great games and possibly two in a row. If you get beat you get beat. Not one time in the last several months and since we started tracking averages have we had a 6.0 plus avg team win a 5.0 event. We do a great job with averages and update accordingly. Good luck to everyone tonight and thanks for playing. Everyone have some fun  😊

NEW PLAYER STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS-

Ask to join Remote Dart Tournament Group Page. An admin will post details and instructions about an event that may differ from the website rules and policies. This will keep you up to date with the current event of the day. Any of the “special instructions” may differ slightly from what is listed below. These instructions are vital to running a smooth event for all players and will be the hard set policy adjustment for the event. Stay on top of information governing the event your registered for.

You need to review all the information on this page, the Rules and Instructions Tab, and the information provided on the registration FORM 1. They are short reads but very important information. This information will help you understand how to sign up, when to contact admin, when to contact your opponent, how to check your equipment and connections, what are the simple forfeit rules, and how to avoid disqualifying you or your partner. Most importantly, how to navigate the online tournament process so you can enjoy your event.

Verifying highest known stats. Type the First and Last name, MPR & PPD, then a picture of your stat report. For example, get a screenshot of your league sheet, tournament roster, or online stat record to the daily admin to verify your stats. It needs to have the company as well as the date. Player ratings are determined by using the highest PPD and MPR found from qualifying league and tournament play. MPR x 10 PPD = Rating. We round down .49 and up .50.

A rating is an middle statistic average of skill over a series of games. Your highest-known-stats rating is the lowest you can start as a new player. Not one player shoots the same MPR and PPD every game. All players have a high/low range of skill. You should come in at your highest known ability. We allow a new player to shoot 5 pts higher than their rating, 6pts+ over is a bust and any pot win rolls over to the bounty, same event, same time, the following week.

Qualifying play means a minimum of 10 or more games per type, more is suggested. Players might play multiple leagues, play for more than one franchisee, play in multiple online tournaments, or play in Bullshooter Live Remote matches. The PPD and MPR values used may come from different sources but they do need to be the highest-known-stats. If someone else looks you up, and submits higher stats, you will be dropped from and event with no refund. The entry fee will be allowed to stay in the event and be collected by the qualifying players in the event.

After you review all the rules and policy’s, verify your stats with the admin, check out the list of events and the daily signup sheet. Choose the event you wish to register for and fill out FORM 1. By filling out this from, you are verifying that you understand and agree to all the rules and policies governing the event. You also understand an admin may post a special instruction, and this becomes policy governing the event.

Admin will post your verified stats and/or your highest known ability rating. An event will run with 4 or more entries. Submit your payment after the event is confirmed. This will finalize your registration. The registration process for a new player is due up to 1 hour before an event starts, unless otherwise posted on the FB group feed.

Get to your selected location early. Check your equipment and cameras. This can be done by playing a few remote matches. Your board must be programmed with Tournament King. Your responsible for making sure your chosen board is in good working order and has a solid internet connection. We don’t push darts, if your board doesn’t register, its a miss. Your cameras must be in good working order to verify your matches, and you need to have access to this board for the duration of the event. If your bar closes before the event is finished, you end the event where you sit in the bracket.
